This is just a short post to point out that Jan Garbarek's latest album which I reviewed and raved about recently, has been nominated for a Grammy award. It has also been chosen as one of the Songlines magazine 'Top of the World' CDs in the latest issue of the magazine.
After years of work, creativity, blood, sweat and tears - it looks likely that Garbarek is now going to get the levels of recognition that he deserves. That's great news.
